Ultrasounds & Resources
In our facility, Agape provides an abundance of resources and care. We offer ultrasounds for early pregnancies, mental health services, and community resources.
Learning Center
Agape hosts weekly Bible Study & parenting classes. All of our classes are open to anyone who wants to join our community. Through these we build our relationships and share God’s word. and essential life skills to support abundant life.
Drop-In Services
Women with children in our community who we have met in our Outreach Program 👠 or are in crisis have the opportunity to come to our drop in center for safe conversation and resources.
OUR FOUNDING STORY
Agape began over 30 years ago as a ministry of First Baptist Church of Merritt Island. First called Alternative Pregnancy Center, the ministry offered pregnancy tests and counseling to struggling women in Brevard.
In 2016 we expanded to ultrasounds and the APC became not just a ministry, but a certified medical clinic and a member of the National Institute of Family and Life Advocacy. The name Alternative Pregnancy Center started to take on a new meaning than it had 30 years prior, and Agape Pregnancy Center (APC) was born.
Our mission was established to show everyone who walks through our doors the Agape Love of Christ.
Because of the support of the community and provision of our Lord Jesus, in 2022 Agape Pregnancy Center bloomed into the Agape Women’s Center (AWC). Now more than pregnancy care, Agape has a Learning Center and a Drop-In Center
. We feel this is still just the beginning of all God has in store for us and the women in our community. He really does more than we could ever ask, imagine, and we can’t wait to see what He does next!
